According to an article in the Huffington Post, the amount of people receiving food stamps is expected to drop by 1 million by 2016, due to a falling unemployment rate. Hmmm, I wonder if this drop in the amount of people carrying EBT Cards is due to people getting real, family sustaining jobs, or stupid, harsh rules that kick people off of assistance because they've gone out and gotten dead-end, $9 an hour jobs, and now they don't qualify for food stamps any longer...The only way to find out is to read the original article below:
